Crisis Support Referral Program
The Crisis Support Referral program is the result of a reassessment of our former Walk-In program, which issued immediate vouchers for basic needs at our Pandora store. We have made some major changes in order to better meet the needs of women in our community, and we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
Instead, we will be conducting an assessment of each client’s needs and providing them with a comprehensive individualized referral package, and if appropriate access to a program gift certificate for women to use in our stores. Our hope is that in doing so we will help women open doors to resources that they may not have previously been aware of and create an enhanced sense of community in the process.
If you require support, you can print off this form and either bring it in person to our Pandora store (785 Pandora Ave) or fax it to us at 250-412-0654. Because we understand that your needs are likely urgent, we will get back to you as soon as we can – usually within one business day. Please ensure that your contact information is written clearly on the attached form.

Supporting Other Local Community Organizations:
We provide support to other local community organizations by supplying them with items that they need to assist their clients. This can include clothing, furniture, household goods, art and craft supplies, toys, and many other things.
