Providing employment in our community is another important facet of what WIN does. WIN employs approximately 30 people.

As a WIN employee, you will have an opportunity to become part of an organization that supports local women. You will gain valuable job experience, become part of a vibrant community and have the opportunity to help shape the future of WIN!

Your voice, heard.

After nine months of employment with WIN, you will be eiligible to apply for membership in the cooperative. Members get to attend annual general meetings, strategic planning sessions and have a voice in deciding the direction of the organization.
