Crisis & Referral Program

Supporting Local Community Organizations

We partner with many other local organizations, providing WIN gift certificates for their program participants, as well as welcoming referrals to our programs.

Community Gifts in Kind

Through this program, we also provide other organizations with the goods they need to help run their programs and support their program participants. This can include clothing, furniture, household goods, art and craft supplies, toys, and many other things. These are some of the community organizations that we actively support:

WIN’s Crisis and Referral program supports women, trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit people to access the resources that they need to meet their immediate needs. This can include referrals to other organizations, WIN gift certificates, and at times, *food certificates, or *emergency funding when other community resources have already been accessed.

*These resources are not currently available

The WIN Gift Certificate Program is vital to those many women and children who have to flee the violence in their lives with little to nothing. We are able to reassure them that they can put their safety first and that we can connect them WIN to replace what they have left behind. Women feel much more able to make safety their priority.
