WIN didn’t begin as a brand; it began as a response to real needs in our community. People needed clothing, household goods, and support during crisis, change, and rebuilding. They also needed dignity, choice, and a place where they could be welcomed without being judged or rushed.
At 20 years, we’re marking WIN’s steadiness as a cooperative. The cooperative model shaped how WIN operates and formalized a way of working rooted in dignity, shared responsibility, and care that moves in many directions.
Care is built over time.
Thank you for being part of it.
